Audio recordings are processed in real time by third-party services (Deepgram for transcription, ElevenLabs for examiner voice synthesis) and are not stored permanently on our servers. Transcripts of your responses are stored to generate feedback and track your progress.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you use our service, including session duration, practice mode, band score estimates, and feature interactions. This data helps us improve the product and personalize your experience.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details. We receive only a confirmation of your subscription status and transaction history.

3. Credits and Subscription

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription tier (Free, Starter, or Pro). Unused credits expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Each practice session consumes a set number of credits depending on the mode selected.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We share your data only with the following third-party services, solely for the purpose of operating our platform:

• Clerk — authentication and user management
• Google Gemini — AI examiner responses and feedback generation
• Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech for the AI examiner voice
• Simli — real-time avatar rendering
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and session history for as long as your account is active. Audio recordings are processed in real time and not stored permanently. Transcripts and feedback reports are retained to provide your session history. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, server-side access controls, and regular security monitoring. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
